Revisit a Tough Conversation
Follow up with someone you recently had a tough conversation with and check in on how they’re feeling.
Why This Matters:
Circling back after a difficult conversation shows empathy, relationship management, and emotional awareness which are all key components of emotional intelligence. It signals that you care not just about the outcome of the discussion, but about how the other person experienced it. This kind of follow-up helps repair any lingering tension, strengthens trust, and models the kind of open, respectful communication that great leaders practice consistently.
Day 18 – You Did It! 🎉
Today marks the final day of our Emotional Intelligence Challenge.
Thank you for showing up, stretching yourself, and committing to growth!
I’m sure along the way, you noticed small (or big!) shifts in how you lead, connect, and reflect.
While this is the end of the challenge, it’s just the beginning of your journey.
I’ve put the entire challenge together in a downloadable format so you can revisit it anytime, or even share it with your teams, families, or community.

Let’s keep growing, one intentional action at a time. 💪✨
Courageously,
Amoy
